Good value, minor delivery hiccup

I purchased the Standard Dog Grass Toilet along with a subscription for Fresh Grass Patch Replacements. The toilet itself is sturdy and well-designed, fitting nicely on my patio. My dog adapted to it within a few days, which was a pleasant surprise. The grass patches arrived fresh and in good condition for the most part. One delivery was a day late, which wasn't ideal, but customer service was responsive when I inquired. Overall, it's a practical solution for urban dog owners and offers good value compared to similar products I've researched. I'd give it a solid 4 stars.

Saved my sanity, so good!

I got the Puppy House Training Kit and it's been an absolute lifesaver for my new puppy in the apartment! The natural grass training mat works wonders. I'm telling all my friends with new pups about this. Definitely ordering again when I need refills!

Solid product, slight delivery delay

I ordered the Standard Dog Grass Toilet along with a subscription for Fresh Grass Patch Replacements. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough, no real issues there. Delivery took about five days, which was a little longer than I hoped, but it wasn't a major problem. The grass itself is very good quality; it held up well even with my active little guy. He took to it pretty quickly, which was a relief. I had a quick question about pausing my subscription later on and contacted customer service through their site, and they responded within a day, which was helpful. The protective floor mat I got with it also did its job, keeping everything tidy. It's a solid product for apartment living, making puppy training much easier than I expected.

Love the Balcony Dog Toilet!

I ordered the Balcony Dog Toilet for my new puppy and it's been an absolute lifesaver! Setting it up was super easy, and my little guy took to it right away. No more accidents inside, which is such a relief. The grass patches always arrive fresh and on time. This store is fantastic, I will definitely be ordering again!

Easy potty training, good product

So, I got the Puppy House Training Kit for my pug puppy a couple of weeks ago. It's been pretty great, honestly. She picked it up really fast, way quicker than I thought she would. No more rushing downstairs at 3 AM! The grass looks real, and it doesn't smell much, which was a worry. It made apartment living with a puppy way less stressful. I'd totally recommend it if you're in the same boat.

Good value on starter kit

I was looking for a cost-effective solution for my puppy, and the Puppy House Training Kit caught my eye. I liked that it included the Real Grass Dog Toilet and a guide. It was a decent price, especially compared to some other options I saw online. The quality seems pretty good for what I paid. Happy with the overall value, it felt like a smart purchase for a first-time dog owner on a budget.

Consistent quality, reliable service

This isn't my first order from Citydoggo, I've been using their subscription for the Fresh Grass Patch Replacements for months now. My most recent patch for the Large Dog Grass Toilet arrived exactly when scheduled, just like all the previous ones. The quality of the grass is consistently good, always green and fresh, and it holds up well between changes. It's why I keep coming back; I know what to expect and they always deliver. It makes managing my big dog's potty breaks so much simpler.
